I work with founders, entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and teams navigating consequential moments in their lives and work.
Our work might take us into business strategy, brand positioning, product development, board dynamics, creative direction, consequential decisions, relationships, money, identity, or performance.
This advisory work is multidimensional. Which means the work can move naturally between the strategic and the personal. We might be examining the positioning of a company in one moment and the founder’s relationship to the company in the next.
We might work through a new product, question the assumptions underneath a business model, clarify a brand, examine a difficult relationship, or recognize that what appeared to be a strategic problem is being created somewhere deeper.
The objective is to see enough of the whole that the right question, decision, strategy, or direction can emerge. I am here to help create the conditions in which you can see more clearly, think more freely, and recognize what you may already know - but have not been able to clearly access.
Through my books, I bring frameworks for understanding ourselves, our choices, and the deeper structures shaping human experience. My work is ultimately an exploration of consciousness, sovereignty, human potential, and the relationship between inner clarity and the lives we create.
There may be something meaningful for us to work on together. We should first determine whether that is actually true.
My work is highly individual. The questions people bring can involve a company, brand, product, consequential decision, relationship, money, identity, creativity, performance, or a moment when the existing way of seeing something no longer feels sufficient.
Because the work can move across so many layers, I believe the best place to begin is a conversation.
The Exploratory Conversation is a complimentary 30-minute Zoom call. It gives us an opportunity to understand what you are navigating, explore whether my way of working is relevant to it, and determine whether there is a meaningful fit between us.
There is nothing to prepare and nothing you need to decide beforehand.
If there is something valuable for us to work on together, we can discuss what that might look like. If there isn’t, that is equally useful to know.

The Signal Archive is a five-volume exploration of the invisible structures shaping human perception, regulation, identity, behavior, and performance.
It does not begin from the assumption that human difficulty is primarily caused by lack of intelligence, discipline, motivation, or effort.
It begins from a different recognition:
Much of what appears at the surface is the final expression of structures operating beneath awareness.
